We recently see a bit of a trend here of actresses and models who were huge in the 2000s and 2010s are going back to their gravure roots and making use of their former popularity.
Aya Ueto has done a cover shoot for the February 27 issue of Flash, a gossip magazine in Japan. Though she made her debut as an actress in the year 2000, Ueto worked in gravure before she became a big mainstream star, including as a junior idol.
Now having supposedly three childreen, having giving birth to her most recent one last year, and while she is no longer as much in the limelight on TV as she was a decade or so ago when she was on every magazine cover, fronting countless advertising campaigns, and acting in TV dramas, she continues to work as an actor which also includes a role in the new Amazon Prime Video series in Japan.
Being married to Hiroyuki Igarashi, the 54-year-old leader of the music group EXILE, Aya Ueto surely still looks stunning.
