Ever wondered what a chest X-ray looks like if you have a G-cup bust?
Coroco Toyoshima gave us an intimate glimpse into her body — literally inside her body. The leading gravure idol posted a picture of her chest X-ray on social media on January 23, which soon went viral. At the time of writing, it’s been viewed a whopping 43.2 million times! That’s a lot more than how many look at our X-rays whenever we have a medical checkup.
The apparently innocuous post was even reported in the mainstream media.

The X-ray shows the shape of the ribs on her small chest, with the huge mounds of her breasts hanging just underneath like melons ripe for the plucking.
The 22-year-old is one of the top gradols right now and was joint winner of the Grand Prize at the Gravure Japan Award 2024. She released her first print photo book in March last year.
It does raise a bigger question, though: What’s it actually like to live with a gravure idol body?
The industry demands a certain type of body — big bust, slim waist, curvy buttocks — but this is probably not the most comfortable for a woman physically. And how do you go about maintaining that body? Sessions down the gym and certain diets might affect those large breasts, to say nothing of the difficulty of doing exercise with such a chest.
We also wonder if taking an X-ray of a woman with such large breasts makes thing difficult for the engineer.
So many questions from just a single image! What are your thoughts?
