Netflix announced on their Twitter account that the anime BEASTARS will air on its platform for the first time outside of Japan on March 13th.
The series’ first season, which is based on the popular manga by Paru Itagaki, debuted in Japan on Netflix on October 8th with eight episodes.
The series has already been confirmed for a second season.
The Beastars series follows the story of various animals including Legoshi who is a wolf with a sensitive disposition and also a member of Cherryton Academy’s drama club. The story takes place in a world of carnivores and herbivores who hold a lot of unease and distrust towards each other.
